GETTING PUBLISHED
Please READ CAREFULLY
First, thank you to all who submitted Abstracts or Papers for presentation to the Atlantic Marketing Association (AtMA) in Charleston. Here are some things you need to know about publishing your work in the AtMA Proceedings:
1. Are you planning to submit your paper to another publication? IF YES - You MUST resubmit it to DigitalCommons as an ABSTRACT. Failure to do so may cause it to be rejected by the other publication as "Self Plagiarism".
>> HOW to RESUBMIT? Please send your updated Abstract with your NAME, Title & REFERENCE Number to Heather Hankins: [email protected]
>> WHAT HAPPENS THEN? She will replace your paper with the Abstract you submit.
>> WHAT is the DEADLINE? Please send them not later than October 16, 2024
2. Be sure all submissions include the names, affiliations and email address of each author under the title of your submission (abstract or paper). USE THE SAME REFERENCE NUMBER - DO NOT SUBMIT UNDER A NEW NUMBER.
3. CRITICAL - Please use the TEMPLATE for your updated papers or abstracts. It can take MONTHS to edit the Proceedings when each paper must be reformatted! Plus, there is the risk that graphics do not appear as you need. If you have questions, please email me ([email protected]).
